Change mimic camera pivot point

When rotating the camera when working with mimics, often it rotates around an undesirable pivot point. In the tutorial video, it seems like there’s some way to change this point, but I can’t figure it out. Can someone tell me how to do this?

“Reset” will snap the camera back to world origin, I believe. (Coordinates 0, 0, 0)

Left, right, back, front, bottom and top will do something similar, but with the camera zoomed back further.
